Read the section

High-end custom is decided in the section drawing, not the brochure. These four layers are held to specification on every LS-60 unit we ship.

01

6063-T5 multi-chamber frame

Extruded alloy with internal chambers for stiffness without weight.

02

PA66 thermal-break bar

Glued and bonded polyamide isolation, continuous across the build.

03

EPDM double gasket

Two replaceable compression lines for air and water tightness.

Hardware & fixing

Multi-point locking, vent-height integrated grip

Hardware

Installation

Factory-assembled and pre-glazed, so the tolerance work is done under a roof. On site the build is a three-zone detail — air, insulation, weatherproofing — and every crate arrives with the install guide and the sealant schedule for that market.

Overview

A lift & slide door is a heavy-duty sliding system whose leaves lift on bearings before gliding, so a 3,300 × 2,700 mm panel moves with one hand. LS-60 delivers a 6,000 mm barrier-free opening on a flush threshold, for villas, resorts and hospitality terraces where room and terrace become one space.

A heavy-duty lift-and-slide system engineered for villas, resorts and hospitality interiors where the boundary between room and terrace is the design. Sashes lift on roller bearings before sliding, so a 300 kg panel moves with one hand. The flush threshold keeps the floor line continuous inside and out.

Material & craft

The layers held to specification on every LS-60 unit — the section drawing above, written out.

Sash & bearing line

Sash & bearing line

Leaves lift on roller bearings before they glide — a 300 kg sash moves on one hand. The bearing run is the load path; the track only guides it.

Frame & threshold

Frame & threshold

Multi-chamber 6063-T5 on the 70/75 mm platform with the PA66 thermal break; the flush barrier-free threshold carries concealed drainage behind a continuous gasket line.

Glazing & hardware

Glazing & hardware

10–16 mm tempered, laminated or IGU per model, marine-grade hardware on the coastal schedule, and the vent-height integrated grip keeps the sash face clean.

What it's worth to you

Panoramic fixed glazing installed across a modern house elevation

A 15-year warranty on the frame and hardware, counted from the loading report — the document that ships in the crate.

Four-leaf walls to 7,200 mm on one platform: fixed centre, sliding leaves and the corner return quote as one line in the schedule.

Factory-assembled and pre-glazed: the site cuts fixings and levels, not sashes.

Where it is specified

The sites we build this system for, and what the schedule changes in each one.

Villas and townhouses

The garden wall that disappears — one large panel instead of three door leaves.

Resort and hotel terraces

High traffic, daily operation; the bearing system is rated for it.

Hospitality dining rooms

Bar and dining zones opened fully to the pool or terrace at service.

Garden-facing interiors

Living rooms where the floor line must stay continuous across the threshold.

Coastal specifications

Salt-fog hardware and coating schedule for exposed elevations.
