High-end custom is decided in the section drawing, not the brochure. These four layers are held to specification on every FD-60 unit we ship.

01

6063-T5 multi-chamber frame

Extruded alloy with internal chambers for stiffness without weight.

02

PA66 thermal-break bar

Glued and bonded polyamide isolation, continuous across the build.

03

EPDM double gasket

Two replaceable compression lines for air and water tightness.

04

Hardware & fixing

Concealed fixing with continuous drainage.

Technical detail

The section, the hardware and the fixings — photographed, not rendered. This is the level of detail your drawing office specifies against and your site crew installs to, on every unit that leaves the line.

Hardware

Installation

Factory-assembled and pre-glazed, so the tolerance work is done under a roof. On site the build is a three-zone detail — air, insulation, weatherproofing — and every crate arrives with the install guide and the sealant schedule for that market.

Overview

French doors are a pair of hinged, full-glass leaves opening to a terrace, garden or entry foyer. FD-60 cuts them in slim thermal-break aluminium — each leaf up to 1,000 × 2,400 mm on concealed hinges rated 120 kg — with a central 6-point lock, low-profile or flush threshold, and tempered or laminated glass per position.

Two full-glass hinged leaves with a concealed hinge line and central multi-point lock — the entrance and garden-door standard for residential projects across all four markets. Each leaf runs to 1,000 × 2,400 mm on concealed surface hinges rated 120 kg.

Leaves are tempered monolithic for interior use, laminated or IGU where the door faces the street or the code asks for it. The concealed hinge line keeps the elevation clean, and the central lock engages at six points across the meeting stile.
