What does the shop drawing package include?
Fabrication drawings, the hardware schedule and the glass schedule — issued free within 3 working days of approval, with a drawing-status note on each set so you always know what is approved to build.
Do you issue CAD in DWG and IFC?
Both. DWG for detailing, IFC for coordination. The CAD & shop drawing guide in the downloads library explains the issuing format and the drawing-status logic before you approve anything.
How fast is the first quotation?
Within 24 hours of a complete inquiry — unit by unit, with lead time, payment schedule and port options stated. The RFQ template on the downloads page is the fastest route: add your sizes and positions, send it back.
Can we specify on a standard platform with OEM configuration?
Yes. The window systems share the 70 mm and 75 mm platforms, so a hurricane-spec elevation, an acoustic street frontage and a motorized top-floor row can sit on the same drawing set — with OEM configuration on request.
Which standard does a configured project get tested to?
The standard of the destination market: EN for European-spec schedules, AAMA / ASTM for the US, AS for Australia, SANS for South Africa. The test report is referenced to the configured models on the order and travels with the document pack.
Can we inspect the factory before we commit?
On request — on site in Foshan or as a remote video walk — at any point before shipment, with the pre-shipment photo report as the baseline either way.
