Commercial terms
One schedule, on every quotation. These terms do not change with the size of the order — a single wall and a full development are quoted on the same terms — while each product page sets out what is specific to that system.

The terms behind every quotation
Seven terms, unchanged from one order to the next. Where a system adds something to the schedule — a lead time, a standard that only applies there — its own page carries that.
Minimum order
No square-metre minimum for villa and boutique projects — a single wall, a single entrance or a single roof unit can be its own order. For multi-unit developments the minimum scales with the range ordered, and the packages are quoted together.
Quotation
Unit-by-unit commercial quotation within 24 hours of a complete inquiry — dimensions, glass specification, finish and destination port. The quotation is produced by the drawing office, with no trading-company layer between it and your counter.
Shop drawings
Free, within three working days of approved architectural drawings — hardware schedules, glass schedules and fixing details included. The drawing office keeps the configuration locked from the order through production.
Payment
Fifty per cent against order confirmation and fifty per cent against the pre-shipment inspection report, by T/T. Other instruments are available for established partners and larger frameworks.
Packing & shipping
Factory-assembled and pre-glazed in a corner-protected wood crate with desiccant; a per-bay loading report and a per-crate packing list run with the shipment. FOB standard, CIF or DDP to the job site, with 40HQ consolidation across ranges.
Warranty
A fifteen-year frame warranty and a five-year hardware and gasket warranty across the window and door range, with the glass manufacturer warranty passed through. Component lines carry their own terms, set out below, and project-specific extensions are written into the contract.
Project documents
Where the project carries a test — impact, cyclone or acoustic — the report and certificate are referenced to the configured models on the order and ship with the first container. Nothing in this schedule is a standing listing; every report belongs to a named configuration.
Warranty by line
The frame figure is the same across the range. Two component lines carry their own term, and both are stated on the product page as well.
- Frame — window and door range
- Mesh and frame — screen door (SC-40)
- Hardware and gasket
- Motor and louver line — pergola (LP-120)
- Glass
What ships with an order
Drawings and reports are produced against a project, so none of them are attached to this page. Ask for them with the inquiry and they arrive within three working days of approved drawings.

Test report and certificate
Where the project carries a test, referenced to the configured models on the order and shipped with the first container.
Packing list and loading report
One packing list per crate and one loading report per bay, keyed to the drawing sheet.
Read the certification and test path for the standards a configured unit is tested against, and the supplier view for what the factory quotes across the twenty systems.
Place the first order
Send the window schedule, the drawings or the specification. The quotation comes back unit by unit on the terms above, and the shop drawings follow it free.
