Program questions
What is the minimum order?
There is no square-metre minimum for villa and boutique work — a single lift-slide wall can be its own order. For multi-unit developments the MOQ scales with the range ordered, and we quote the packages together.
How fast is a dealer quotation?
Within 24 hours of a complete inquiry — range, dimensions, glass specification and destination port. Framework agreements are quoted unit-by-unit within the week.
What payment terms does the program work on?
The standard schedule is a 50% deposit against order confirmation and 50% against the pre-shipment inspection report, by T/T. Other instruments are available for established partners.
How do units reach my installers?
Every sash ships factory-assembled and pre-glazed in a corner-protected wood crate with desiccant and a loading report. FOB, CIF or DDP to the job site, with 40HQ consolidation across ranges.
