An aluminium windows supplier you can hold to a drawing

Twenty window, door and glass-space systems on one 70 mm thermal-break platform, made in Foshan and shipped to more than a hundred countries. This page is the procurement view: what the plant can make, which standard each market needs, what the lead time costs in weeks, and how a quotation is put together.

What the factory commits to

Six commitments that sit in the commercial schedule rather than in the brochure.

01

One platform, twenty systems

Windows, doors and glass spaces on the same 70 mm thermal-break platform. A villa and a multi-unit development can both be quoted by the same drawing office.

02

Factory-assembled, pre-glazed sashes

Sashes leave the line finished and glazed. The hardware service kit for your installers is written into the quotation rather than added afterwards.

03

A quotation is a quotation, not a range

Unit-by-unit commercial pricing within one working day of a complete inquiry. No trading-company layer sits between the drawing office and your counter.

04

Drawings come back in three days

Fabrication drawings, hardware schedules and glass schedules issued free within three working days of approved architectural drawings.

05

Crating built for the road legs

Corner-protected timber crates with desiccant, a loading report per container, and 40HQ consolidation across ranges.

06

Warranty written into the contract

Frame, hardware and glass schedules are contractual terms, not brochure language — the coverage you can pass to your customer is the one we sign.

The commercial terms, in one line each

  • 01Factory direct. No trading-company layer between the drawing office and your site — the quote is the price.
  • 02Quotation in 24 hours. A complete commercial quotation, unit by unit, within one working day of a complete inquiry.
  • 03Shop drawings free, in 3 days. Fabrication drawings, hardware and glass schedules issued free within 3 working days of approval.
  • 0430–40 days production. Factory-assembled, pre-glazed sashes leaving the line in 30–40 days on a standard schedule.
  • 05DDP to the job site. FOB, CIF or DDP with 40HQ consolidation across ranges and a loading report on every container.
  • 0615-year frame warranty. Frame, hardware and glass warranty schedules written into the contract, not the brochure.

The range a single order can cover

Twenty systems, quoted by one drawing office. A single villa and a full development run through the same platform, the same hardware logic and the same delivery schedule.

Performance band and test path

Configuration targets on the standard platform. Every project ships with the test report that matches the configuration actually ordered — not a standing listing.

From inquiry to delivery

The same five steps every order runs through. Nothing here is a bespoke process for large accounts — a single villa and a development take the same route.

01

Submit your request

Inquiry form, drawings or a window schedule — whatever you have. 24-hour acknowledgement.

02

Quotation within 24 hours

Unit-by-unit commercial quotation with lead time, payment schedule and port options.

03

Shop drawing approval

Free shop drawings within 3 working days. We confirm the match before anything is cut.

04

Production & QC

Factory-assembled sashes, pre-shipment inspection with photo report; balance due against the report.

05

DDP delivery

Crated, desiccanted and documented; FOB, CIF or door-to-door with a loading report per container.

What buyers ask before the first order

What is your minimum order?

There is no square-metre minimum for villa and boutique work — a single lift-slide wall can be its own order. For multi-unit developments the minimum scales with the range ordered, and the packages are quoted together.

How long does production take?

Thirty to forty days from approved shop drawings on the all-aluminium ranges. Configured impact-rated and cyclone-class schedules run forty to fifty-five days because the testing and documentation sit in front of the build.

Which standards do you build to?

The path depends on the destination market: EN 14351-1, AAMA 2604 with ASTM E330 and NFRC values, AS 2047 and AS 1288, or the SANS 10400-N route in South Africa. Test reports are issued per project and per model, referencing the exact configuration ordered rather than a standing listing.

Do you supply samples?

Physical chips of the twelve standard finishes ship with every quotation at no charge, so the colour decision happens on site. Sash samples and mock-ups are quoted where the elevation needs one.

What are your payment terms?

Fifty per cent against order confirmation and fifty per cent against the pre-shipment inspection report, by T/T. Other instruments are available for established partners and larger frameworks.

How do goods reach the site?

FOB, CIF or DDP. Timber-framed crates with desiccant, a loading photograph report per container, and consolidation across ranges where the schedule allows it.

Send a window schedule

An inquiry form, a drawing or a window schedule — whatever you already have. We quote unit by unit against it. Drawings, CAD or a spreadsheet can be attached, and nothing is charged for the shop drawings that follow.
