Aluminium glazing for commercial buildings
Commercial envelopes are won on documentation as much as on profile: a façade schedule a contractor can price, wind-load calculations per elevation, and entrance hardware rated for the footfall. The systems below carry the commercial brief across offices, retail and institutional work.

Questions we get on this build type
Who issues the façade schedule?
The drawing office does. You send the elevation or the architect’s drawing set; we return a numbered window schedule with the system, glass build-up and tested reference for each position — the document a contractor prices and a consultant checks.
How are wind loads and deflections handled?
Per elevation, to the code of the destination market, with the configured geometry on the calculation. Structural fixed glazing is held to the tested envelope (panes to 4,000 × 3,000 mm) with mullion spacing set by the calculation, not by habit.
Can the entrance hardware take commercial traffic?
Pivot leaves run to 2,100 × 3,000 mm on concealed hinges rated 400 kg with the high-cycle multi-point lock set — the specification for front-of-house doors, not a residential hinge scaled up.
What is tested, and what is documented?
The configured models on the order: performance testing per market (EN, AAMA / ASTM, AS, SANS or SGCC routes) with the report referenced to the schedule. Documentation is issued per project — no standing certification is claimed.
