Technical detail
The section, the hardware and the fixings — photographed, not rendered. This is the level of detail your drawing office specifies against and your site crew installs to, on every unit that leaves the line.
Profile cross-section
Multi-chamber 6063-T5 extrusion with a continuous PA66 thermal-break bar. The section is where stiffness, insulation and drainage are decided in one drawing — and the four values in the performance band above are read straight off it.

PA66 polyamide, continuous
EPDM, two replaceable lines
Concealed, positive slope

Hardware
Pre-fitted and function-checked on every sash before it leaves the line. Multi-point locking, key-operated handles and marine-grade sets are scheduled per project and listed in the hardware schedule that ships with the shop drawings.

Installation
Factory-assembled and pre-glazed, so the tolerance work is done under a roof. On site the build is a three-zone detail — air, insulation, weatherproofing — and every crate arrives with the install guide and the sealant schedule for that market.

Overview
Panoramic fixed glazing is a structural glass system that spans floor to ceiling without intermediate mullions. PF-35 uses a 35 mm slim front face and a frameless 45° structural-silicone corner, supporting single panes up to 4,000 × 3,000 mm with laminated, low-E or acoustic glazing for view-first façades.
Fixed and corner-glazing systems with a slim 35 mm front face, designed for floor-to-ceiling and corner panoramics. Laminated and low-E glass options keep the view clean while meeting impact and thermal requirements of each market.

Material & craft
The layers held to specification on every PF-35 unit — the section drawing above, written out.

35 mm front face
The slimmest line in the range — a structural glass frame that spans floor to ceiling without intermediate mullions.

Frameless corner
The 45° corner joint is a structural-silicone build, not a post: two façades meet with no mullion in sight, on concealed fixing with continuous drainage.

Glazing mass
Single panes to 4,000 × 3,000 mm — laminated, low-E or the 47 dB acoustic IGU — with the impact-rated option for coastal codes on the same frame.
What it's worth to you

The view is the product: under 40 mm of frame around glass that is laminated, not just large.
A 15-year frame warranty with the test documentation on the configuration you specified, not a nominal sample.
Sits on the 75 mm platform next to tilt-turn or sliding leaves — fixed band and opening sashes quote as one schedule.
Where it is specified
The sites we build this system for, and what the schedule changes in each one.
View-first living rooms
The whole elevation is glass; the frame stays under 40 mm.
Corner glazing returns
Two façades, one room, no corner post — structural silicone joint.
Hillside and waterfront sites
Laminated core plus low-E for sight lines that outlast the view.
Lobby and gallery walls
Large fixed areas with concealed fixing and drainage.
Fixed-plus-opening façades
Sits on the 75 mm platform next to tilt-turn or sliding leaves.
