Material

Every frame starts as 6063-T5 aluminium, extruded with internal chambers and a PA66-GF25 thermal-break bar glued and bonded across the build. Two replaceable EPDM compression lines close the meeting stile.

Finished profiles are salt-spray tested before coating. Twelve standard finishes, every one available in anodised, powder-coated RAL or woodgrain transfer.

The pre-treatment is chromate-free, the powder coat 80–100 µm, and the coastal schedule carries its salt-fog hours on the data sheet — the same line every product page photographs.

The plant runs its own powder-coating line, glazing line and test rig. Frames are cut, coated, glazed and closed in sequence under one roof, which is what the 24-hour quotation actually promises: a build we have done, with materials we hold, at a size we can verify before we confirm it.
