SM-60 frame section, thermal-break build. Photographed section, hardware and installation detail below.

Read the section

High-end custom is decided in the section drawing, not the brochure. These four layers are held to specification on every SM-60 unit we ship.

01

6063-T5 multi-chamber frame

Extruded alloy with internal chambers for stiffness without weight.

02

PA66 thermal-break bar

Glued and bonded polyamide isolation, continuous across the build.

03

EPDM double gasket

Two replaceable compression lines for air and water tightness.

04

Hardware & fixing

Concealed fixing with continuous drainage.

Technical detail

The section, the hardware and the fixings — photographed, not rendered. This is the level of detail your drawing office specifies against and your site crew installs to, on every unit that leaves the line.

Profile cross-section

Multi-chamber 6063-T5 extrusion with a continuous PA66 thermal-break bar. The section is where stiffness, insulation and drainage are decided in one drawing — and the four values in the performance band above are read straight off it.

Hardware

Pre-fitted and function-checked on every sash before it leaves the line. Multi-point locking, key-operated handles and marine-grade sets are scheduled per project and listed in the hardware schedule that ships with the shop drawings.

Installation

Factory-assembled and pre-glazed, so the tolerance work is done under a roof. On site the build is a three-zone detail — air, insulation, weatherproofing — and every crate arrives with the install guide and the sealant schedule for that market.

Overview

Smart motorized windows are ordinary sashes driven by an integrated servo — controlled by app, switch or voice, and closed automatically by a rain sensor. SM-60 puts that drive into casement, tilt-turn and sliding leaves at under 45 dB of operating noise, with an open API for building-management integration, for smart villas and assisted living.

Servo-driven sashes with app, switch and voice control, plus a rain sensor that closes the range automatically. The drive is selected per unit at design stage — a 40 kg sash and a 120 kg sash are not motorized the same way — and the operating noise stays under 45 dB.

The controller exposes an open API and standard relay outputs for building-management and smart-home integration, with scheduled routines for ventilation. Every sash remains manually operable on power failure: the drive disengages and the standard handle works as usual.

App, wall switch, voice assistant and scheduled routines; the rain sensor closes automatically, with battery hold-up.

Integration

Integration

An open API feeds the building-management system: open on low CO₂, close on the storm front.

What it's worth to you

Panoramic fixed glazing installed across a modern house elevation

High or heavy sashes open at one voice command — the assisted-living case with no reach and no lift.

Casement, tilt-turn and sliding leaves from the standard range, motorized at the line — no retrofit conversion.

The 15-year warranty covers the frame, the hardware and the drive line on the same document.

Where it is specified

The sites we build this system for, and what the schedule changes in each one.

Smart villas

The morning routine opens the tilts; the rain sensor handles the afternoon.

Assisted living

High or heavy sashes opened at one voice command — no reach, no lift.

Hospitality rooms

Scheduled opening on housekeeping; closed and locked at turnover.

Greenhouse-adjacent rooms

The chain-drive logic scales to roof and clerestory positions.

Remote-managed buildings

The open API feeds the BMS: open on low CO₂, close on storm front.
