Solutions
Products are chosen by system, projects by client type, markets by standard. This page works the other way: start from the challenge — the wind, the salt, the noise, the opening — and the systems are already specified to it.
Hurricane & impact
Laminated-core glazing that holds shattered glass in place under projectile and pressure load, on a frame tested to the wind zone. The listing path is coordinated before production, not after.

Cyclone zones
The same impact platform reconfigured to the AS wind-zone logic: N1–N4 per AS 1170.2, AS 2208 glass selection, AS 1288 laminated core. Specified per elevation, not per house.

AS 2208 selection, AS 1288 laminated core
Configuration
IR-80 AU cyclone build

Coastal & salt fog
A hardware and coating schedule, not a product: 316 stainless fixings, salt-fog-rated powder coat, marine-grade bearings on the sliding systems. Applied to any system in the range on an exposed elevation.
View detailsHardware
316 stainless, salt-fog rated
Coating
Salt-fog hardware and powder-coat schedule
Screens
Stainless mesh, SC-40 MARINE
Warranty
10–15 years by system

Acoustic
Specified to a measured figure, not a style. Asymmetric laminated glazing in a sealed dual-cavity frame with a dedicated acoustic gasket — for arterial roads, airport radii and rail frontages.

Rw 45 dB, EN ISO 10140-2
Glazing unit
47 dB laminated IGU
Build-up
Asymmetric laminated, 24–42 mm
Airtightness
Class 4 (EN 1026)
Specified systems
Tropical ventilation
Openings that stay open through the wet season: screen doors on stainless mesh, tilt-turn with flush screen frames, louvered roofs that vent heat before it accumulates. Air in, everything else out.

Fibreglass or stainless, 16–19 gauge
Screens
Flush stainless frame on TT-75
Louvres
Motorized, 180° travel, rain auto-close
Lead time

Large-format openings
When the opening is the statement: lift & slide to 6 metres, bi-fold to 8 metres, fixed panes to 4 × 3 metres, a 400 kg pivot leaf on floor and head bearings. Factory-assembled, shipped as one unit.
View detailsLift & slide
6,000 mm opening, 300 kg per leaf
Bi-fold
8 panels, 8,000 mm clear
Fixed pane
To 4,000 × 3,000 mm

Roof & daylighting
Daylight from the source: skylights on roofs from 5° to 55° pitch with full-perimeter flashing, and sunroom structures that carry the roof load to a 7 metre clear span. Motorized vents close on rain.
View detailsSmart & automated
Ordinary sashes on an integrated servo: app, switch or voice control, rain-sensor auto-close, and an open API that feeds the building management system. Under 45 dB of operating noise.

Control
App, switch, voice, scheduled routines
Safety
Anti-crush force limit, rain auto-close
Integration
Open API for BMS, 12 V / 230 V

Security & entry
The turn position is the security position: multi-point locking that compresses the sash all round, key-operated handles on ground floors, key deadbolts on entrance doors, and a laminated core that doubles as the glass-break layer.

6–12 point multi-point, full perimeter
Handles
Key-operated for ground floor

What every solution page documents
The challenge decides the configuration; the documentation is what you receive with it. Four items, the same list on all nine pages.
Rating on the test report
Impact and wind-zone ratings are verified per project — the document names your sizes and pressures, not a sample window.
Marine schedule on the data sheet
Salt-fog hours, 316 hardware and the coating cycle are written into the specification per elevation.
Service cycle published
Gasket, mesh and hinge replacement on a date you can calendar — the ten-year cost of the opening is a line item.
Quote in 24 hours
Send the schedule; the quotation returns with the lead time stated per system and the test documentation attached.
The other three axes
The same factory read four ways. Pick whichever matches how your project is already organized.
Who is buying
Three buyer roles carry most of our volume. The entry point differs; the factory and the lead times do not.

Asked on every solution enquiry
Can one project mix several solutions?
Yes. The window systems share the 70 mm and 75 mm platforms, so a hurricane-spec elevation, an acoustic street frontage and a motorized top-floor row can sit on the same drawing set. Send the schedule once; we mark the configuration per position.
Are the impact and cyclone ratings standing certificates?
The glazing systems are built to be tested per project — large-missile Cat 3–5 in the US path through PGT or equivalent, and AS 2208 / AS 1170.2 configuration for the Australian path. The listing route is coordinated before production starts, not after.
What do you need to quote a solutions project?
Drawings or a window schedule, or a one-line brief with the location and the challenge. The quotation returns within 24 hours with the lead time stated per system; sample and download material is on the downloads page.
