Read the section

High-end custom is decided in the section drawing, not the brochure. These four layers are held to specification on every TT-75 unit we ship.

01

6063-T5 multi-chamber frame

Extruded alloy with internal chambers for stiffness without weight.

02

PA66 thermal-break bar

Glued and bonded polyamide isolation, continuous across the build.

03

EPDM double gasket

Two replaceable compression lines for air and water tightness.

04

Hardware & fixing

Concealed fixing with continuous drainage.

Technical detail

The section, the hardware and the fixings — photographed, not rendered. This is the level of detail your drawing office specifies against and your site crew installs to, on every unit that leaves the line.

Installation

Factory-assembled and pre-glazed, so the tolerance work is done under a roof. On site the build is a three-zone detail — air, insulation, weatherproofing — and every crate arrives with the install guide and the sealant schedule for that market.

Overview

A tilt & turn window is a single sash that both tilts inward at vent height for ventilation and turns fully for cleaning and access. TT-75 pairs that dual opening with 6–12 point multi-point locking, key-operated handle options and flush insect screens, making it the standard specification for European-style export projects.

The European workhorse, re-engineered for export projects. The sash turns inward for cleaning and security, or tilts at vent height for controlled airflow in rain. Multi-point locking engages at 6–12 points across the frame.

Dual-action sash

One sash tilts inward at vent height and turns fully for access, on the 75 mm platform with the anti-lift cam fitted on every sash.

Locking schedule

Locking schedule

6–12 point multi-point locking compresses the sash all round; key-operated handle options on ground-floor positions, and the turn position is the security position.

Glazing & screen

Glazing & screen

6–24 mm single, IGU or the double-IGU alpine build; the TT-75 SCREEN variant carries a flush stainless mesh frame inside the sash line.

What it's worth to you

Panoramic fixed glazing installed across a modern house elevation

Sashes to 1,400 × 2,100 mm, factory-assembled with the hardware fitted and function-checked before crating.

Class 4 airtightness on the same frame — the tilt position ventilates, the locked position seals.

The action your client already knows from EN markets: training, spares and the next replacement all follow one platform.

Where it is specified

The sites we build this system for, and what the schedule changes in each one.

Ground-floor residential

Key-operated handle as standard; the turn position is the security position.

Urban infill and apartments

Tilt ventilates at waist height without the full opening.

Storm-exposed elevations

Multi-point locking compresses the sash all round, not at one stile.

Mixed façade rhythm

Same 75 mm platform as the fixed and sliding ranges.

European-spec export projects

The action your client already knows from EN markets.
