How fast is the quotation?
A complete request — sizes or a schedule, glass, finish and destination — returns a fully priced quotation within 24 hours; shop drawings follow free within three days. Incomplete briefs are answered with the two or three questions that unlock the price, usually the same day.
What does the quotation include?
Unit pricing by position, the glass and finish schedule, the hardware line, crating and packing, and the freight terms to your port. Where a market needs a listing — Miami-Dade, AS cyclone, CE — the applicable test documentation is referenced in the same document.
Do you ship DDP?
We quote to port as standard; DDP and site delivery are arranged with our forwarder when the client wants them. The schedule and the lead time change, so we price both ways on request.
Is there a minimum order?
It depends on the project — most lines ship by the container, while sample and evaluation units are quoted separately. Tell us the scope and we will quote the route that fits it.
Can I visit the factory?
Yes — by appointment, in Foshan, Guangdong. If a trip is not practical, we run a live video tour of the extrusion, assembly and packing lines on a schedule that suits your timezone.
